About the Program Manager Position
Reporting to the Executive Leadership, the Program Manager of Reaching Our Sisters Everywhere, INC (ROSE) will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the successful execution of grant-funded projects and programs. Specializing in Grants and Program Implementation, the Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the grant application process, program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and compliance with grant requirements. In this role, the Program Manager will leverage their experience and expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external project staff, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop program objectives, goals, and strategies according to the specific grant objectives.
- Create program implementation plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure programs are aligned with grant objectives and funding requirements.
- Develop and refine program performance indicators and evaluation metrics.
- Recruit attendees for ROSE events.
- Maintain Salesforce systems for monitoring program performance and impact.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on grant-specific program outcomes, outputs, and effectiveness.
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Ensure adherence to grant requirements, regulations, and reporting deadlines.
- Prepare and submit grant reports, progress updates, and financial documentation as grantors require.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all grant-related activities.
- Engage with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to build relationships and communicate the impact of programs.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events related to grant-funded programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in grant management, program development, and implementation.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of grant application processes, funding sources, and grant compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Salesforce and Google Workplace Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or a similar field is preferred.
- Maternal and Child Health background is a plus.
- Located within the Metro Atlanta Area.

Time Commitment and Compensation: 24 hours per week/ $30 hourly rate. This is a contracted position with opportunity for renewal.
